About Us
Pet Havens has been established in the heart of Ramsey since June 2009. Pet Havens is owned and run by husband and wife team Darren and Pauline Williams.
Pauline originally purchased the business back in 2001, when it was originally operating in Peterborough. For Pauline it was really like the old shaver advert, “I enjoyed the product so much, we brought the company.” Except in this case Pauline had so many pets at that time, it worked out cheaper to buy the business!
Over the years Pet Havens has developed and expanded, including providing a Home Delivery Service to their customers in and around Ramsey, Upwood, Warboys and other local villages besides.
Between Pauline and Darren, they have over 40 years’ experience in the pet industry and also have a wealth of knowledge of the products, which in turn helps them give the best advice to their customers.
Pet Havens stock products that cater for dogs, cats, small animals, cage birds, poultry, indoor and outdoor fish and wild birds.
They stock a range of products in store, however, they have access to over 30,000 other products.
Pet Havens is located at 38 Great Whyte, Ramsey, opposite the Jolly Sailor public house, just on the corner of Whytefield Road. There are free parking spaces just outside the shop or there is a free public car park a minutes’ walk away.
Pet Havens is open 6 days a week, from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, Saturday 8:30am to 2pm and does not close during lunch time but is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
